La fotograf\u00eda, la producci\u00f3n de v\u00eddeo, la escritura y la cocina son los medios, con un enfoque art\u00edstico dentro del marco de la Teor\u00eda Cr\u00edtica de la Raza.<\/p><p>En un mundo globalizado y con econom\u00edas orientadas al beneficio, Nomad Cook pretende crear valor en las relaciones y la fuerza que muchos miembros pueden crear juntos para mejorar nuestra realidad. Despu\u00e9s de trabajar durante 18 a\u00f1os para corporaciones y startups en la industria de IT, sent\u00ed que algo estaba mal con mis esfuerzos de voluntariado, pero no pod\u00eda explicar qu\u00e9. En 2018, comenc\u00e9 un proyecto de videos de comida y viajes mientras viajaba por Am\u00e9rica del Sur. De ah\u00ed tom\u00e9 el nombre de este proyecto. Sin embargo, en el camino, me di cuenta de que solo estaba replicando la misma din\u00e1mica que estaba tratando de criticar.<\/p><p>Despu\u00e9s de leer, aprender de otras voces y entender mi posici\u00f3n privilegiada en la din\u00e1mica de poder del mundo (y todav\u00eda tratando de entender). El proyecto empez\u00f3 a adoptar un enfoque m\u00e1s social.
