Cuando escuch\u00e9 acerca de la caravana migrante, me pareci\u00f3 que hab\u00eda un sesgo discriminatorio hacia la gente que marchaba. Hab\u00eda muchas versiones en la televisi\u00f3n y en las redes sociales. Todas ellas sonaban parciales y un poco superficiales.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Empec\u00e9 a investigar acerca de lo que estaba pasando y trat\u00e9 de encontrar cu\u00e1l era el estado de las cosas. Hab\u00eda un reto; averiguar la ubicaci\u00f3n y las posibles rutas que pod\u00edan tomar desde la \u00faltima ciudad en la que se inform\u00f3 que esas 7.000 personas se quedaron. Tapachula, Chiapas fue el \u00faltimo punto reportado. Empec\u00e9 a tratar de encontrar algunos recursos y me enter\u00e9 de que una estaci\u00f3n de radio comunitaria estaba recibiendo donaciones para la caravana. Ese ser\u00eda un buen punto de encuentro. As\u00ed que tom\u00e9 mis cosas y me fui en autob\u00fas a Juchit\u00e1n, Oaxaca, para visitar la Radio Comunitaria Totopo<\/a>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Cuando me puse en contacto con las personas de la radio comunitaria, estaban dispuestas a recibirme, la gente del Istmo es muy solidaria, siempre est\u00e1n dispuesta a ayudar a otras personas. Ya estaban planeando c\u00f3mo apoyar la caravana.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Me recibieron amablemente. Traje conmigo algunas donaciones que algunas de mis amistades y gente me dieron para entregar all\u00ed. Lo siguiente que supe fue que estaban en alg\u00fan lugar cerca de Tonal\u00e1 - todav\u00eda en Chiapas - as\u00ed que decid\u00ed tomar un autob\u00fas a Arriaga, para encontrar a la caravana migrante all\u00ed, seg\u00fan mis c\u00e1lculos.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Llegu\u00e9 all\u00ed y les encontr\u00e9. No soy un periodista profesional en absoluto. Sin embargo, quer\u00eda mostrar una perspectiva diferente y compartir las historias humanas desde el interior de la caravana que seg\u00fan mis sospechas, eran muy diferentes. R\u00e1pidamente hice algunas amistades y empec\u00e9 a preguntarles sobre su experiencia y las razones por las que dejaban todo atr\u00e1s. Desafortunadamente, en este punto, el \u00e9xodo est\u00e1 casi olvidado.
